Ceramics Unit!

We will begin our ceramics unit this week!  Make sure to study your notes...you need to earn an 80 or above on the ceramics test before you use the clay.  This week we will cover the Golden Rules of Ceramics, ceramics  vocabulary, and we will learn how to work that cool potter's wheel!  I will reveal your project at the end of the week!

Aboriginal Art Due Wednesday!

Please remember your Aboriginal Paintings are due no later than next Wednesday! You can complete the painting at home or stay after school Wednesday so you can meet the deadline. Michaels has acrylic paint in small bottles for less than a dollar if you choose to paint at home! Make sure it says "Acrylic Paint," not "Oil Paint." I am so excited for our texture unit...let the scratch art begin!
